The SME Embedded Finance team was formed 3 years ago to ensure that the bank remains at the forefront of the digital banking revolution. Since then, the team has rolled out 13 programs in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hongkong benefiting over 13k SMEs. This dynamic team consists of members from diverse banking backgrounds that include partnerships, data analysts, risk, product and sales specialists.
We are looking for 3 candidates who will focus on establishing partnerships in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia respectively to increase our ecosystem of SMEs in the region.
Responsibilities:
· To acquire and establish partnerships with anchors and platforms with large SME ecosystems in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
· Work closely with existing anchors and platforms partners to increase outreach.
· Develop new partnership channels.
· Constantly keep abreast of Embedded Financing trends in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
· Supporting the team in the refining of business strategy as well as customer value proposition for the SME digital business.
· This position will report to Regional Head of Partnerships, SME Embedded Finance, Singapore
Qualifications
Who you are
· A team player with strong interpersonal skills
· Candidate is required to cover local corporates in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia respectively.
· Strong network of local MNC CFOs and tech platforms with large SME ecosystems a bonus
· Excellent communicator of ideas and ability to think out of the box especially in partnership outreach.
· Self-starter with strong business acumen, independent and able to rise to challenges and meet KPIs effectively.
