The Role
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Program Management team. This position reports to the Regional Product Owner Lead for the Emerging Business Loan Lifecycle Management System (EMB-LLMS) within Global Enterprise Banking. In this role, you will oversee the execution of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the EMB LLMS in region (Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia, leveraging a regional baseline. You will collaborate with cross-country and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, credit risk and product team to deliver an exceptional loan origination experience for our users.
Job Scope:
- Work closely with local country Product Owners to identify local requirements that differ from Regional Baseline.
- Act as the primary liaison between local Product Owners and the Regional team facilitating communication and alignment on product builds and enhancements.
- Be prepared to travel as needed to engage with local teams, conduct workshops, and ensure alignment across regions.
- Conduct workshops and review sessions with local stakeholders to validate and refine product requirements, ensuring that all perspectives are considered and integrated into the product development process.
- Have oversight on a local country product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and market trends.
- Participate in local country Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective collaboration and progress tracking.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure that the EMB LLMS complies with all relevant regulations and industry standards, working closely with compliance and credit risk management teams.
Reporting to:
- Regional Product Owner Lead, EMB LLMS
- Tertiary education with minimum 5 years of working experience
- Experience in project management; managing digital loan platform and/or product management in business/consumer loans preferred
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Proven experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprints).
- Possess strong soft skills alongside technical expertise, including the ability to evaluate build feasibility with respect to integration and scalability, as well as estimate effort and resource requirements.
