As an Endpoint Management Engineer, you will manage and optimize our organization’s endpoint management infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, configuration, and security of company devices, with a primary focus on using the tool like Intune, SCCM, NinjaOne and ManageEngine Endpoint Central. Additionally, you will lead and oversee the upgrade of endpoints from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining security, compatibility, and functionality across all devices.
What will you do?
End Point Management:
- Manage and configure Microsoft Intune, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and NinjaOne to ensure efficient management and monitoring of all endpoints (laptops, desktops).
- Design and implement policies for device configuration, software deployment, updates, and security settings via Intune, SCCM, and NinjaOne.
- Maintain and monitor endpoint security across all managed devices to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
Windows 10 to Windows 11 Migration:
- Plan and execute the migration strategy to upgrade all endpoints from Windows 10 to Windows 11, including hardware and software compatibility assessments, user data migration, and post-upgrade testing.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the upgrade process, including any troubleshooting steps and potential issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users during the Windows 11 upgrade process to ensure a smooth transition.
Software Deployment & Patching:
- Manage the deployment of software applications, patches, and updates across endpoints using SCCM, Intune, and NinjaOne.
- Coordinate and schedule the installation of critical patches and updates, ensuring devices are always secure and compliant with organizational requirements.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor endpoint health and status using SCCM and NinjaOne dashboards, addressing any issues related to software deployment, system performance, or security vulnerabilities.
- Generate reports on endpoint status, deployment success/failure, and security compliance for management and auditing purposes.
Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoint issues related to Intune, SCCM, NinjaOne, and operating systems (Windows 10/11).
- Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve end-user issues, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow and efficient issue resolution.
Security Management:
- Implement security policies and configurations for endpoint devices, including encryption, firewall settings, and antivirus management through Intune and SCCM.
- Ensure endpoint compliance with organizational security standards and industry best practices.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and maintain documentation related to endpoint management processes, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting guides, and upgrade procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to junior team members or other IT staff as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, NinjaOne & ManageEngine End Point Central, KACE 2000, MDT
- PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting of endpoint management tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy for device and user management.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, ManageEngine End point Central, KACE 2000
- ITIL Certification
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with a focus on high-priority items.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science, Electronic and communication or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
