Make an Impact by:

  • Managing C4 resource planning and new connection to overseas partners.
  • Support internal and external audit preparations and exercises for the system.
  • Manage and implement system and security patches, as well as system updates.
  • Address and resolve customers’ escalations effectively.
  • Support SPF to prepare for special events, include drawer plan for emergency situation.
  • Support SPF and IMDA blocking of calling number related spam or scam calls.
  • Managing IMDA directive related to scam prevention and testing.

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in IT/Computer or equivalent work experience in telecom, networking and IT Telco or networking experience.
  • Possess TCP/IP networking (include DNS / DHCP), SIP protocol, Linux knowledge and ISDN signalling.
  • Able to use Linux Scripting, Python Programming, Pandas and Web-scraping.
