Make an Impact by
- Coordinate and collate reports for monthly sales operations cadence, including performance tracking, sales funnel updates, and AR ageing analysis.
- Support the administration of sales incentive programs, including commission tabulation, data validation, and onboarding of new systems.
- Assist in preparation of board materials and business performance reports for regional entities, including meeting logistics, calendar coordination, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
- Provide business planning support for the CEO Office, including tracking key initiatives across DICo’s business units, maintaining the DICo-level calendar of events, updating ExCom and board agendas, and managing content on DICo SharePoint.
- Support internal engagement efforts by assisting in the organisation and execution of events such as townhalls, business updates, and performance review cadences.
- Facilitate onboarding and maintenance of internal systems, central data repositories, and internal websites to support business operations and collaboration.
- Curate and maintain DICo-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs), processes, and reference materials by working with respective SPOCs, and ensure accessibility and version control through internal repositories.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Planning, Sales Support, or Executive Reporting
- Prior involvement in event planning and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in data centre, technology industries or regional businesses.
- Exposure to supporting senior leadership teams, including organizing internal events or preparing management materials.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent coordination and organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with experience handling data validation, tracking, and structured documentation.
