We help senior stakeholders shape their strategic agenda and work closely with their leadership teams to define their strategic priorities and transformation roadmap. How you succeed
As Executive Director, Regional and Synergy Initiatives, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing Group‑wide transformation projects across OCBC’s businesses, markets, and entities. You will lead the design and embedment of transformation frameworks, operating model approaches, and ways of working that enable consistent, scalable, and high‑quality change delivery across the Group.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Greater China to influence alignment, adapt Group approaches to local market contexts, and guide the development and prioritisation of cross‑functional initiatives.
A core part of your remit is to drive the regional execution of key Group programmes — ensuring strong delivery, market readiness, and sustained adoption. You will uplift in‑country teams through mentoring and capability building, strengthen delivery maturity, and foster cross‑market collaboration that advances OCBC’s ambition to operate strongly as an integrated financial services group.
What you do

Design and embed transformation frameworks and operating model approaches that enable consistent and scalable change delivery across the Group.

Lead and oversee large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programmes, ensuring clarity of scope, alignment across stakeholders, and disciplined execution.

Influence senior stakeholders across Malaysia, Indonesia, and Greater China to adapt and apply Group approaches in ways that suit local market contexts and priorities.

Drive regional rollout of key Group initiatives, ensuring market readiness, strong adoption, and sustained execution outcomes.

Mentor and uplift in‑country teams, building capabilities in operating model design, structured problem‑solving, and project leadership.

Foster cross‑market collaboration to share best practices, accelerate implementation, and strengthen overall delivery maturity.

Serve as a Group integrator, connecting people, resources, data, and capabilities to unlock synergies and support OCBC’s aspiration to operate as One Group.
Who you are
At present, we are looking for individuals with strategy and transformation experience to complement our existing team.
The candidate should offer good financial services knowledge with a ‘consulting toolkit’. The candidate must have at least 12+ years of consulting experience with a reputable firm and/or transformation division of leading financial institutions.

Strong knowledge of strategy planning, operating model design, process reengineering, and strategic application of AI, digital and data in enterprise transformation
