This position offers the successful candidate the unique opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across the bank from Front Office, Business Managers, Platform, and Finance on data analytics and management reporting, to support and ensure proper management governance and oversight for the Financial Intermediaries (FIM), Single Family Office (SFO) and Wealth Advisory (WA) businesses whilst achieving sustainable business growth.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and present reports on FIM, SFO and WA businesses to FFWA management and other stakeholders (e.g. ARRC) for management governance and oversight.
  • Support initiatives using data analytics to deliver meaningful insights in a timely manner for informed decision making to properly manage risks or drive business or marketing strategy.
  • Understand the needs of FFWA stakeholders and provide analytical support where required to identify business problems and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations where applicable
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously look for new ways to apply technology (AI models) to forecast business trends, behaviour to uncover trends and track effectiveness of initiatives and business opportunities.
  • Supports in UAT and implementation of enhancements to systems or processes to improve data quality to enable accurate reporting and automation to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably within wealth management, financial services, or wealth advisory
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platform
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in FIM business areas or data management and analytics will be a big plus.
