We are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to act as the financial subject matter expert for our business teams, driving performance and enabling the SME segment to achieve both strong revenue growth and sustainable profitability.

 

Make an Impact by

 

  • Perform monthly closing and business partnering support for SME Segment – Fixed Services across a range of products & services ie. Domestic data, Telephony, Managed network services, Technology solutions).
  • Review and monitor monthly financial performance vs budget and/or forecast, understand and monitor business drivers, plus call out variance for prompt business actions for SME Segment – Fixed Services.
  • Drive quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting exercises for SME Segment – Fixed Services. Challenge the drivers assumptions in the financial model to achieve a reasonable yet progressive projection.
  • Provide strategic and operational advisory support relating to SME Segment – Fixed Services, including capital investments, new product/service offerings etc.
  • Evaluate regularly the tactical offers for promotions to counter competitive offers or to drive higher take-ups / lower terminations.
  • Calculate, analyse and review the IFRS 15 Adjustments and monitor the balance sheet of IFRS 15 adjustments regularly.
  • Liaise on Internal and External Audits, minimising compliance issues.
  • Continuous process improvement on efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Skills for Success

 

  • University degree in Accountancy with at least 5-8 years of relevant work experience, familiar with audit objectives and controls
  • Stakeholder management and good presentation skills, including ability to present complex numbers succinctly and intuitively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, especially in Excel and Powerpoint, and finance modelling.
  • Good communication and written skills.
  • Experience with accounting IT systems.
