As a Finance Operations Analyst at OCBC, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes. You’ll work closely with various teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. What you do

Monitor daily source system file interfaces and month-end closing activities to ensure Trial Balances are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Perform timely reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, collaborating with stakeholders to investigate and resolve outstanding items.

Maintain and govern Chart of Accounts segments, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and adherence to established controls

Identify and resolve issues arising from daily BAU activities and recommend and implement process improvements where appropriate.

Contribute to system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and change implementation activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams – including Finance, Risk, and Compliance – to support seamless and effective operations.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support financial analysis and informed decision‑making.

Manage and maintain financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Conduct operational risk assessments and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Support the team lead by acting as both a reviewer and the primary point of contact for all General Ledger-related matters.
Who you are

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in finance operations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively

Experience with financial systems and processes, including accounting and reporting

Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other relevant applications

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including finance, risk, and compliance teams

Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Committed, proactive, and eager to learn and take on new challenges.
