We are seeking bright and enthusiastic interns from Dec 2025- Jan/Feb 2026 (Year-end internship) and Jan – June 2026 (Off-cycle internship) who are passionate about problem solving and are committed to making an impact.
About the Role:
As an Intern, you will play a crucial role within engagement teams by supporting analysis and executing tasks with precision. You will bring perspective on how problems may be structured and play a key role in supporting analysis that underpin solutions for the client. Your ability to think independently, take ownership of tasks, and ideate ways forward within a team setting will drive the impact you will make as an Associate.
In addition to making an impact for our clients, you will also have the opportunity to make an impact on our Consulting practice through supporting or leading internal initiatives. As internships are also about finding your own interests and strengths, internal networking is highly encouraged.
About you
A blend of talents and skills is required of successful Intern candidates, including:

Current enrolled in an Undergraduate or a Bachelor’s degree

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and quality of work

Demonstrated ability and propensity for leadership in team settings

Basic understanding of core consulting concepts, such as structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven approaches

Strong written and verbal communication skills (For applicants to Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam, candidates should be proficient in both the local and English language)

An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (both quantitative and a qualitative orientations)

Creativity and intellectual curiosity

Strong personal presence, combined with compelling and professional presentation and communication skills
