JOB OVERVIEW
The Food & Beverage Sales and Social Media Content Executive plays a key role in driving revenue and enhancing the visibility of our F&B outlets. This dynamic position blends sales coordination with social media and content creation to promote private dining, events, group reservations, and the unique stories behind our outlets.
The role supports the F&B Outlets Sales Manager in growing guest engagement and revenue, while also managing content for our digital platforms, working closely with outlet managers, chefs, and the PR team. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both client-facing work and creative storytelling through visuals and social media.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Guest Engagement
- Assist with guest inquiries, private dining requests, and group bookings
- Support the sales team in promoting outlet offerings and coordinating events
- Follow up with guests for feedback and relationship building
- Maintain guest databases and track reservations and sales performance
- Help organize logistics for events and support during execution
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Capture high-quality photos/videos of food, drinks, team moments, and events
- Work with chefs and outlet teams to promote seasonal menus and happenings
- Engage with online communities and respond to guest comments and messages
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams on influencer partnerships and promotions
- Monitor social media trends and help generate fresh, creative ideas
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience in F&B sales, reservations, or guest service roles
- Strong interest in content creation and social media platforms
- Good photography and video editing skills (basic is acceptable)
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable working across teams – sales, kitchen, PR, and service
- Positive, proactive, organized, and guest-focused
