  • Cross-sell client value proposition to acquire new to bank customers.
  • Promote take up of accounts, cards &/or other Personal Banking products.
  • Actively promote and cross-sell OCBC wealth management products
  • Proactively build and manage long-term customer relationship
  • Provide good after-sales services to customers
  • Ensure adherence to the relevant policies, regulatory risk and compliance matters
