Our Firmwide Corporate Services unite to help build our competitive advantage with first class support internally. Spanning Administration, Business Development, Chairman’s Office, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Operations and Change Management, and Technology, we power our lines of services to make sure all of us have the right sources, services and technology to be the best we can be.

How will you value-add?

Manage the entire global mobility lifecycle, from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support

Support to internal stakeholders on global mobility related matters, such as relocation planning, shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters

Work alongside the wider HR team on global mobility matters (i.e. international transfers, secondments, etc)

Ensure compliance with immigration laws & firmwide requirements

Ensure smooth onboarding of inbound staff & departure of outbound staff

Assist with the global mobility related reporting, projects & initiatives
About you
-
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
At least 4 years of experience in global mobility, expatriate management or relocation services

Strong knowledge of international tax & immigration laws
-
Good communication, interpersonal & advisory skills
-
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
