Summary of role
Primarily to support the system/tech-related elements that fall within Group Brand & Communications’ Internal Comms and Editorial function. Importantly, the candidate must be a deft learner, keen to participate in the team’s other responsibilities and deliver on time under pressure.

- Support the systems-related functions of the Team in relation to the Bank’s correspondence-management system and internal comms portal/ heritage initiatives:
Administration

- end-user support (guidance on system use, processes)
- reports – data extraction/ review
- governance including access control and reviews, tracking of issues/ escalations
- training
- end-user support (guidance on system use, processes)
Testing/projects:

- System enhancements, upgrades and new features
- Tracking and validation of deployed features and content
- System enhancements, upgrades and new features
Site and content maintenance:
-
- building/upkeep of pages/sections
- production of video/in-house posts
- review of content, templates and posts
- general admin duties
- building/upkeep of pages/sections
- Contribute where directed to the team’s internal comms/editorial mission e.g. brainstorming for ideas, content generation/creation and participating in outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Essential: A methodical and organised mindset
- Advantageous: Familiarity with logic/programming, coding (any language) and web page design
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in handling data using EXCEL (functions, power query)
- Interest in advancing domain language/skillset across the team’s duties
- Preferred: Ability to write competently in English
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadline under pressure, operating alone and with a team.
- Good inter-personal skills
