Marketing lead for OCBC’s high net worth customer segments – Premier Banking and Premier Private Client.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing strategy to drive brand health, client acquisition, client engagement and sales and revenue growth for Premier Banking and Premier Private Client in Singapore and regional markets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including segment, product, analytics, legal and compliance teams, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective planning, developing and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.
- Review, plan and develop client tools and assets to deepen client engagement and support delivery of business growth.
- Lead the media strategy and execution for Premier Banking and Premier Private Client in Singapore, contributing to leads and supporting new to bank acquisition. Regular supervision and providing steer to media agency for paid media optimisation.
- Marketing budget management to balance cost per acquisition and effectiveness in marketing spend.
- Events lead for Premier Banking and Premier Private Client, which may be in the form of physical seminars, appreciation dinners or webinars. Provide fresh perspectives and challenge status quo by bringing new experiences for clients.
Requirements
- At least 10 years marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Experience in HNW client segments and understanding of banking and investments will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the wealth management landscape in Singapore and the region, with cross-border marketing experience being an edge.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
- Great communication skills and able to manage dynamics of internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management skills and experience in managing creative and media agencies.
- Strong business acumen and agile in adapting to changing environments and needs.
- Digitally savvy and have Martech platforms experience.
