  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTB sales strategy focusing on Western MNCs, TMT, PSPs, Real Estate, and NBFIs.

  • Define target sectors, prioritize regional opportunities, and drive disciplined sales execution across the full pipeline lifecycle—from origination and pursuit to onboarding and expansion.

  • Align regional GTB sales strategy with global priorities and strengthen collaboration with Global Corporate Banking to deliver integrated solutions.

Client Relationship Management & Market Expertise

  • Build and deepen senior-level relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and key decision makers across priority corporate clients.

  • Act as senior sponsor for strategic regional clients, ensuring consistent delivery, operational stickiness, and long-term relationship growth.

  • Maintain strong understanding of industry trends, treasury transformation needs, digital shifts, and competitive dynamics across the region.

  • Serve as the voice of the client to advocate for product enhancements, service improvements, and digital solution upgrades.

  • Represent the bank at industry conferences, sector events, and senior client forums.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Relationship Management, Product, Operations, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Global Markets, and Consumer Finance Services to deliver comprehensive GTB solutions.

  • Champion strong cross-border collaboration to ensure seamless regional execution and a consistent client experience.

Performance & Sales Management

  • Own and exceed the region’s revenue, cross-sell, and profitability targets for the Large Corporate portfolio.

  • Implement rigorous sales governance including pipeline reviews, performance forecasting, deal tracking, and KPI reporting.

  • Analyze market, financial, and client performance data to refine strategies and capture emerging opportunities.

  • Provide timely insights to senior management on portfolio performance, deal pipelines, and sector developments.

Regional Integration

  • Leverage the bank’s regional footprint and ecosystem strengths to deepen client connectivity and drive cross-border flows across Greater China and ASEAN.

  • Promote adoption of best practices, common processes, and regional standards to enhance efficiency and sales effectiveness.

Risk & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, AML/CFT standards, and operational risk frameworks.

  • Champion a culture of integrity, responsible sales conduct, and governance excellence across the team.

Who you are

  • At least 15+ years of progressive experience in Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or Treasury Services, with substantial exposure to Large Corporate clients.

  • Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role within a global or regional bank, with proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.

  • Deep expertise across core GTB products: Cash Management, Trade & Supply Chain Finance, Liquidity, and digital transaction banking platforms.

  • Strong understanding of the ASEAN and Greater China corporate landscape, including key sectors such as WMNCs, TMT, PSPs, Real Estate, and NBFIs.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives including CFOs, Treasurers, and C-suite leaders.

  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to interpret financials, evaluate market trends, and shape data-driven strategies.
