Key Responsibilities: 

  • Onboarding and Transitions: Facilitate and manage the onboarding of new employees, as well as internal transfers and international relocations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 
  • Work Pass Management: Oversee the application and cancellation of work passes, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and timely processing. 
  • Data Management: Enter and maintain employee-related data in the HR system, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and security of all information handled. 
  • Personnel File Maintenance: Keep employee personnel files up-to-date and organized, complying with company policies and legal regulations. 
  • Employee Support: Address staff inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing clear and prompt responses to ensure understanding and compliance. 
  • HR Projects and Improvements: Participate in HR projects focused on process improvements, contributing to the streamlining and standardization of HR operations. 
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department. 

About you 

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline; preferably with at least one year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Capable of managing daily responsibilities and executing HR transactions efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Demonstrates a strong aptitude for acquiring new skills and adapting quickly. 
  • Resourceful team player, able to multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • Thrives in high-volume settings where quality and speed are essential. 
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HR systems is a plus.
