Our Firmwide Corporate Services unite to help build our competitive advantage with first class support internally. Spanning Administration, Business Development, Chairman’s Office, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Learning and Development, Legal, Marketing and Communications, Operations and Change Management, and Technology, we power our lines of services to make sure all of us have the right sources, services and technology to be the best we can be.

We are looking for interns who are able to commence immediately for a 6 months period.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, design then develop holistic people analytics reports 

  • Apply advanced data analysis techniques and transform HR data into actionable insights

  • Enhance intellectual analytical capabilities integrating available HR data sets with big data

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enable analytics-based critical decision making

  • Work closely within the HR Technology team to continuously develop people metrics, scorecards and dashboards to measure elements such as:

    • Engagement, Productivity and Cost across employee lifecycle

    • Efficiency and effectiveness of our various People initiatives

Requirements:

  • Student from Business Administration / Human Resources / Data Analytics / Business Informatics or relevant courses

  • Have a passion in uncovering the mystery behind human capital management with data, using big data, AI, statistics and SQL queries

  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative

  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passionate about solving problems, relentless need for investigation and data exploration
