A career in Human Resources, within Human Resources, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

Our Human Resources Services & Solutions team supports our Firm through the consistent delivery of operational support focused on the employee experience. We leverage on our expertise in HR administration to provide timely and accurate solutions to all employees and stakeholders alike.

Provide professional HR services and support which will include:

  • Administer onboarding and off-boarding activities

  • Create, maintain, and update records in HR databases and systems, to ensure data accuracy and quality

  • Attend to staff queries in relation to HR policies and processes

  • Provide administrative support in staff welfare, billings and payments matters

  • Participate in HR relevant projects

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Students from Business Administration / Human Resources or relevant courses

  • Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge with Workday will be an advantage

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff

  • Meticulous and well-organized

  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills

  • A team player with positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive personality

  • Ability to thrive on challenges in a fast-paced and high-volume environment where quality and speed are of essence
