Our Human Resources team is responsible for attracting talent to the firm as well as formulating & implementing strategies and maintaining various programmes for developing, retaining and attracting people. We are looking for someone who is able to commit from Jan – Jun 26.
Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern, you play an important role to ensure efficiency, experience and ultimately outcomes of most of the recruiting efforts.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ownership of the general recruitment team mailbox, interview scheduling, providing exceptional and timely responses, interactions and overall experience to candidates

Facilitate the talent acquisition process from requisition through to offer generations via recruiting systems.

Coordinate offer and closing process for offerees

Utilize recruit tracking system for data entry, event management, and reporting in a timely & accurate manner

Support and participate in the team’s recruiting initiatives and projects

Enjoys a highly collaborative working relationship with Campus and Experienced Hires and Graduate recruiters in Singapore firm

Work closely with recruiters to source for candidates across various platforms
Requirements

Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or relevant courses

Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative

Has good co-curricular activities record

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills

Are service-oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
