Primary:
- For support and administration of ServiceNow platform services.
Responsibilities:
- To configure, maintenance and administration of RHEL environment of production and non-production systems where ServiceNow platform is hosted.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks including OS and ServiceNow platform health check, ServiceNow platform patches and upgrades.
- Support and maintain regular tasks including monthly reports generation and user access matrix review.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users and mentor to junior team members.
- Maintain documentation related to managed servers, ServiceNow platform and related configurations.
- Ensure compliance with NCS and project security guidelines, requirements, and policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Deployment, Microsoft Windows, LINUX and ServiceNow
