Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, or construction, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate all project phases, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and celebrate milestones.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with technology standards, regulations, and best practices in all project activities.
- Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to optimize project outcomes.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

- Expertise in infrastructure (network, digital workplace) and security fundamentals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on [specific types of infrastructure, e.g., Network, Storage, etc.].
- CAPM/PMP/CITM/CSM/PRINCE II or relevant certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Proficient in budget management and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, industry best practices, and technology developments.
