CORPORATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
The intern will work for Marriott’s Destination & Loyalty Marketing team
Role and Responsibility:
- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in executing loyalty marking activities
- Support with the Marriott Bonvoy Moments program
- loyalty events management, ad-hoc requests and coordination
- Liaise with event, brand and PR agencies
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for loyalty team
- Assist with the execution and launch of integrated marketing initiatives across the Loyalty, Portfolio and Destination campaigns, ensuring strong execution across multiple channels, primarily owned channels (i.e. paid, app, email) to drive continent performance goals
- Support with integrated marketing planning of initiatives and campaigns across online and offline channels, to target specific audiences and market segments, ensuring campaign is executed across social, app, email, etc. Is responsible for executing customer-facing brand communications, not limited to brand-voice copywriting, use of the various assets and materials to ensure a on-brand communication style.
- Provide support in preparing post-campaign reports with light analysis work required
- Assist in campaign content needs, which includes but not limited to review of creative and copywriting and any agency liaison (if necessary)
- To drive for Marriott Bonvoy Moments, managing the APEC program and communications
- Help the team on any ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in the execution of event activations, including coordination, attendee engagement, and on-site support
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Gain knowledge into the planning and execution of portfolio, loyalty and destination marketing initiatives
- Exposure into planning regional campaigns and initiatives and gathering business data and insights
- Launch internal campaign end to end with clear deliverables
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
We are looking for university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the Development discipline with the following attributes:
- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
- Education:
- Undergraduate in Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred
- Requirements
- Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
- Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / uundergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
- Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
- Grooming:
