What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Process Improvement:
    • Sales Process Analysis: Review existing sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to enhance staff productivity.
    • Collaboration with Leaders: Work closely with sales leaders to implement streamlined workflows.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement:
    • Customer Surveys: Conduct surveys to assess the customer experience during onboarding.
    • CX Recommendations: Propose innovative solutions to improve the onboarding process and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis:
    • Competitor Research: Study the offerings of competitors in the cash management market.
    • Opportunity Identification: Work with leaders to identify gaps and areas for potential growth.
  • International Customer Insights:
    • Cross-Cultural Research: Research the unique needs and behaviours of customers from different countries.
    • Solution Development: Propose tailored customer solution packages based on your research findings.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Scorecard Generation: Generate monthly performance scorecard reports, working with sales leaders to analyze productivity.

The Emerging Business team within Global Commercial Banking is dedicated to delivering innovative cash management solutions to a diverse range of clients. We are committed to continuous improvement and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll collaborate with Sales Leaders, Product Managers, and Analysts.

Who you are

  • Open to learning and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
