What you do
You will support the team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Market Research: Assist in analyzing product offerings and customer needs across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
- Data Analysis: Prepare reports and identify trends in portfolio data to support informed decision-making.
- Product Support: Contribute to the launch cycle of new products and campaigns for both cash management and business loans.
- Reporting & Automation: Enhance existing reports and automate processes to improve efficiency.
- Project Coordination: Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Eager to learn about the SME banking sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of data analytics principles.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
