What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • LUMOS System Implementation:
    • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document user requirements for our new loan onboarding system (LUMOS).
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support the planning & execution of UAT, developing test cases & reporting findings to the development team.
    • Reporting Automation: Develop automated Excel reports and dashboards to streamline data analysis and provide key insights.
  • Secured Loans Product Support:
    • Loan Origination System Support: Assist in the implementation of commercial property loans within LUMOS.
    • Product Research & Analysis: Conduct market research on commercial property loans, sustainable/ESG financing, and trade finance products.
    • Product & Documentation Support: Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, and reports.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for team onboarding, training coordination, and document management.

Who you work with

The Programme Management team within Global Commercial Banking is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and implementing innovative solutions. We work closely with various business units and technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of key projects. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Technology Specialists, and stakeholders across the Secured Loans business.

Who you are

  • Open to learning and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
