Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the digital build sector. As a Digital Build Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the development and testing of a new module for a consumer lending product. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as agile project development, testing, and deployment.
How you succeed
To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a strong analytical thinker, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You’ll need to be a creative problem-solver, with a passion for learning and growing in the digital build sector. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and customers, will be crucial in driving results.
What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Understanding the customer journey for the new build
• Working with various stakeholders on preparation of test cases
• Conducting test and documenting testing outcomes, including logging defects and testing rectification
• Assisting the project team for pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities
• Preparing communication contents, primarily for internal communications
• Supporting digital team for customer/internal user interface changes for any products in the bank’s digital loan
• Any other work as assigned by the supervisor
