Play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the ecosystems, loyalty, and debit cards sector. As an Ecosystems, Loyalty & Debit Cards Intern, you’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing and rewards programs. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as product management, rewards and partnership management, and marketing planning.

How you succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a strong analytical thinker, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You’ll need to be a creative problem-solver, with a passion for learning and growing in the financial services industry. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including internal teams and customers, will be crucial in driving results.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Involved in planning and assist to execute marketing & rewards programs, including:

• Competitors’ Analysis

• Planning of program including segment targeting and approach

• Prepare relevant materials for the campaign, e.g. marketing briefs

• Work with internal stakeholders to develop and execute communications

• Engage with frontliners, such as contact center to brief on program

• Post campaign Analysis

Who you are

• A degree or masters in a relevant field

• Able to articulate and communicate well

• Able to think on your feet to tackle issues and problem-solving

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Learning Objectives

This role will provide you with:

• Able to learn and have more in-depth understanding of product management, rewards, and partnership management

• Able to experience on-the-job training on how a bank executive’s day-to-day job is like
