Job Description (1)

  • The internship revolves around understanding what goes into developing & maintaining the expanded personalization and customization capabilities for the OCBC App and INB.
  • He/She will manage day to day operations liaising with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that personalisation banners are properly managed in our system.
  • Over time, he/she will also work with the manager to measure and improve the personalisation capabilities.

  • Execute strategic roadmap for digital products as part of the bank’s omni-channel acquisition and engagement model.
  • Collaborate with various business and functional teams across divisions to deliver impactful investment solutions, digital platform features, experience and capabilities to our customers.
  • Work with agile squads to develop new digital capabilities and initiatives through use of data & analytics, market trends to support digital wealth sales.

  • Use of excel and PowerPoint for presentations.
