As an intern in Business Planning & Analysis, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Lifestyle Financing team in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing operational efficiency. What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • UAT Testing Support: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Radial Project Phase 2 to automate country/segment/product reports for SG and the Group.

  • Process Streamlining: Collaborate with IT developers to refine extraction criteria and resolve discrepancies between current and future reports.

  • Data Management: Cleanse and organize data, rethink/revamp/automate existing reporting processes to improve efficiency.

  • Analytical Support: Consolidate and analyze financial forecasts and budgets, enhancing your ability to make sense of complex financial information.

Who you work with

You’ll be part of the Business Planning & Analysis team within Group Consumer Financial Services, a dynamic group dedicated to driving strategic insights and operational excellence. The team works closely with various stakeholders across the bank to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Mathematics).

  • A strong analytical mindset with excellent logical reasoning skills.

  • Advanced MS Excel capabilities and comfort working with large datasets.

  • Proficiency in MS Access, SQL, and VBA is highly desirable.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to connect different pieces of data.

  • A collaborative and curious mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
