What you do

You’ll be directly involved in:

  • Conducting market research on industry trends and competitor unsecured loan products.
  • Analyzing customer data to identify key segments and behaviours for enhanced targeting.
  • Contributing to a focused project – either mapping the customer onboarding journey or identifying process improvements.
  • Assisting in mapping out and documenting key processes within the team to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with a passion for understanding consumer behaviour.
  • Proactive and able to contribute to both independent research and team projects.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

Learning Objectives

  • Hands-on experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
