As a Debit Card Product Management Intern within Global Consumer Financial Services, you’ll gain hands-on experience in developing innovative programs, driving customer engagement, and maximizing the value of our debit card offerings. What you do
You’ll be directly involved in:
- Contributing to the conceptualization and planning of innovative debit card and loyalty/rewards programs.
- Designing and executing customer engagement schemes, incorporating gamification strategies to boost interaction and loyalty.
- Developing and implementing communication strategies for card program refreshes, ensuring clarity and excitement for both stakeholders and customers.
- Creating targeted communications to streamline card offerings and loyalty schemes, maximizing customer understanding and participation.
- Collaborating with frontline teams to brief them on program changes and equip them to effectively communicate updates to customers.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Resourceful and able to think on your feet to tackle issues and find creative solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
