Be at the forefront of reimagining the branch experience at OCBC. As a Customer Value Intern within Global Consumer Financial Services, you’ll play a key role in driving footfall and customer acquisition at our innovative, next-generation branches through engaging marketing initiatives and events.

You’ll excel at supporting the planning and execution of marketing events, developing compelling social media content, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders. What you do

You’ll be directly involved in:

  • Assisting with the execution of marketing initiatives and events designed to drive footfall and customer acquisition at our next-generation branches.
  • Supporting the ideation and production of engaging social media content to promote branch activations.
  • Organizing and running related marketing events and photoshoots.
  • Acting as a supporting point of contact to build and maintain stakeholder partnerships.
  • Providing support for ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the team.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Possesses a background or strong interest in Marketing.
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive team player with a willingness to learn and contribute.
