As a Customer Value Marketing Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to how marketing programmes are designed and executed to drive engagement, relevance, and long‑term customer value. Your ability to manage details, follow through on tasks, and support analysis will help ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Planning & Execution: assist in planning and executing marketing programmes across customer segments
- Content & Materials Development: support the development and coordination of advertising materials across traditional and digital channels, including website content
- Stakeholder Collaboration: work with internal teams and external partners, as required, to roll out strategic marketing plans
- Campaign Monitoring & Optimisation: monitor campaign performance and support optimisation efforts to improve results
- Operational Support: carry out ad‑hoc duties and provide support on tasks and initiatives as assigned by the team
Who you work with
You’ll be part of the Customer Value Marketing team within Global Consumer Financial Services, partnering closely with product, segment, digital, and channel stakeholders. The team focuses on creating targeted marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Who you are
- Interested in marketing, customer engagement, and value‑driven programmes
- Comfortable supporting campaign execution and coordinating across stakeholders
- Organised, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently
- Curious about how marketing strategies are tailored to different customer segments
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Background or interest in marketing is preferred
