As a Wealth & Affluent Marketing Intern, you’ll gain exposure to investment and wealth marketing while working alongside a dynamic squad focused on driving sales and revenue for the bank. This internship offers hands‑on experience across campaign planning, execution, and analysis, providing a broad view of how marketing supports customer engagement and business growth in a fast‑paced retail banking environment.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Execution: support end‑to‑end planning and execution of campaigns to drive digital wealth sales
  • Stakeholder & Agency Coordination: work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaign requirements
  • Timeline & Compliance Management: track campaign timelines and ensure marketing collaterals meet legal and compliance standards
  • Campaign Setup & Monitoring: assist with campaign configuration, monitoring, and optimisation
  • Tracking & Reporting: support tagging, tracking, and reporting of campaign performance across digital channels
  • Competitive Analysis: conduct analysis on competitors and trends within the digital wealth marketing space
  • Post‑Campaign Analysis: assist with post‑campaign reviews and insights generation
  • Operational Support: support administrative tasks such as invoice processing and promotion fulfilment

Who you work with

You’ll be part of the Wealth & Affluent Marketing team within Global Consumer Financial Services, working closely with product, digital, compliance, and agency partners. The team focuses on engaging different customer segments, creating stickiness, and unlocking upsell opportunities across OCBC’s retail banking and wealth offerings.

Who you are

  • Interested in marketing, digital campaigns, and wealth or investment products
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple deliverables
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Organised, responsible, and able to manage timelines and follow‑through
  • Curious about banking products and customer segments across the retail banking landscape
  • Knowledge of investment or wealth products is an advantage but not required
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
