As a Service Transformation – Service Communications & Awards Intern within Global Consumer Financial Services, you’ll play a vital role in driving our customer-centricity program and identifying opportunities to improve how we serve our clients across all channels.

What you do
You’ll be directly involved in:
- Supporting the development and implementation of our customer-centricity program.
- Identifying process improvement opportunities across our service channels.
- Contributing to the implementation of changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and communications related to service transformation initiatives.
- Analyzing data and gathering feedback to support program evaluation.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possesses effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to handle objectives constructively.
- Independent and resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passionate about customer experience and continuous improvement.
