What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Transaction Support: Assist in all stages of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary fundraising, and M&A advisory.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth industry and company research to support transaction execution.
- Presentation Materials: Assist in the preparation of compelling materials for internal and external meetings, including pitchbooks, presentations, and teasers.
- Financial Modelling & Valuation: Develop financial models, perform valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable company analysis), and support due diligence efforts.
- Team Support: Provide general support to team members as needed.

The Corporate Finance team within Global Investment Banking advises clients on a wide range of strategic transactions, helping them achieve their financial goals. You’ll collaborate with experienced bankers, analysts, and associates in a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating environment.
Who you are

- Resilient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Eikon, and MergerMarket is a plus.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
