What you do
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and enhancing Python scripts to automate trading desk processes, such as risk aggregation and P&L explanation.
- Running existing Python scripts daily for end-of-day P&L consolidation, explanations, and risk reporting.
- Assisting traders with the development and back-testing of quantitative trading strategies.
- Contributing to the improvement of existing tools and processes through automation and efficiency gains.
- Providing general support to the desk with ad-hoc tasks and administrative activities.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Proficient in Python and Microsoft Excel, with experience using VBA/macros.
- A strong analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
- Eager to learn and apply your skills in a fast-paced trading environment.
- (Optional) Knowledge of Quantitative Finance and basic derivatives valuation is a plus.

This internship will provide you with:
- Practical experience in developing and implementing automated solutions for a trading desk.
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of quantitative trading strategies, from development to back-testing.
- A deeper understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
