What you do Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with product owners to map business processes, workflow models, and customer journeys.
- Participating in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, contributing to enhancements and new features.
- Working closely with the delivery team, providing support and customer insights throughout the development process.
- Engaging with internal and external customers to gather and validate requirements.
- Reviewing vendor service levels and participating in outsourcing due diligence activities.
Who you work with OCBC Global Markets encompasses Treasury Advisory and Institutional Sales, Asset Liability Management, Trading, and Business Management. Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Have coursework in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to independently resolve issues.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Are curious, collaborative, and eager to learn about digital product development.
Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with:
