As a Credit Research Intern, you’ll operate as a fully integrated member of our team, gaining practical experience that mirrors the role of a first-year analyst. What you do Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the creation of research publications through market data analysis.
- Maintaining and updating financial models and spreadsheets for companies and industries.
- Assisting with the distribution of research content and managing publication templates.
- Attending industry events and investor meetings to gain firsthand market insights.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc research requests and data gathering.
- Liaising with other departments within OCBC, including Wealth Management and Risk Management.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in financial markets and investment analysis.
- Possess a foundational understanding of financial statements.
- Have a strong academic background in Accountancy or Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A self-starter with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proactive and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with:
- Hands-on experience in credit research and investment valuation techniques.
- Practical skills in financial modelling, data analysis, and report writing.
