Play a key role in driving innovation and growth in Digital Solutions as a Digital Solutions Intern. As part of the Global Transaction Banking team, you’ll contribute to the critical function of digital innovation and product development. You’ll develop your skills in market research, product development, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and recommending strategic opportunities for OCBC to grow market share, deepen client engagement, or develop new revenue streams
- Conducting research and market landscaping on key sectors to uncover trends, pain points, and areas of opportunity
- Supporting the product development lifecycle for new capability development, including research, documentation, testing coordination, and go-to-market preparation
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and track project milestones
- Assisting in the preparation of materials for internal meetings, client presentations, and innovation workshops
- Supporting ad hoc strategic initiatives driven by the Digital Solutions team

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Clear and concise written communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Prior experience in project management in financial services or with corporate reporting is a plus
Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with:
- Exposure to digital innovation in Transaction Banking, including emerging areas such as digital money and ecosystem development
- Opportunities to develop skills in market research, product development, and stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to implementation
- Development of skills in preparing executive-level presentation materials and communicating complex ideas clearly
- Familiarity with how banks create, pilot, and scale digital capabilities to solve real-world challenges
