What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning Support: Assist in the preparation and collation of presentations for internal strategy roadmaps, business reviews, and management updates.
  • Business Control & Governance: Support the tracking and documentation of business controls, processes, and operational plans, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
  • Meeting & Communication Support: Take accurate minutes during internal meetings and external calls, preparing clear and concise call reports.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills to support data analysis, reporting, and the creation of high-impact presentations.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of materials.
  • Administrative & Project Support: Maintain and update internal trackers, dashboards, and documentation, and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Who you work with

The Divisional Office team supports the overall strategic direction and operational efficiency of Global Transaction Banking. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Who you are

  • Open to learning and feedback
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Clear and concise written communication skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Prior internship with project experience in financial services or corporate reporting is a plus.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • Exposure to the inner workings of OCBC’s Transaction Banking business at a strategic and operational level.
  • Skills in supporting and contributing to strategic planning and business reviews in a large financial institution.
