As a Channel Product Development Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and improving the digital channels our clients use to manage their transactions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in understanding customer behaviour, exploring emerging technologies, and crafting solutions that enhance the user experience.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Journey Analysis: Participate in customer journey mapping sessions to identify opportunities for improvement in our digital channels.
  • Data Mining & Analysis: Analyze customer usage and transaction data to understand behaviour patterns and inform product development decisions.
  • Technology Research: Research emerging technologies like blockchain and AI to identify potential applications for our digital channels.
  • Content Management: Assist with the creation and maintenance of content for our intranet and public website to support new and existing customers.
  • FAQ Development: Contribute to the development of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to address common customer inquiries.

Who you work with

The Product Development team within Global Transaction Banking is responsible for designing and delivering innovative digital solutions for our corporate clients. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Who you are

  • Open to learning and eager to contribute to a growing team.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights.
