What you do

You’ll be directly involved in:

  • Assisting in the redesign of dashboards and tools to ensure they are user-friendly and intuitive.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions to enhance communication effectiveness.
  • Assisting in organizing events for the Division, such as team-building activities, workshops, or virtual conferences.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful execution of events.

The Divisional Office within the Group CFO Office provides support to the CFO and Finance leadership team, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and a positive work environment.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • An understanding of the budget process within a large financial institution.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and upgrading dashboards to provide a clear overview of Group Finance’s budget across locations and entities.
  • Opportunities for professional collaboration with teams and vendors across locations.
  • Practical application of various tools used for change management.
  • Insights into the importance of effective communication and team engagement.
