As a Data & Analytics Intern within the Group Corporate Services, Corporate Real Estate team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining a centralized database to support long-term asset management and optimize our workplace environment.

What you do
You’ll be directly involved in:
- Supporting the development of a real estate and space planning database.
- Focusing on gathering spatial data and extracting key metrics to populate a centralized and accurate database.
- Helping to streamline space analytics and planning workflows, supporting long-term asset management and workplace strategy.
- Contributing to the team’s technical capacity, allowing core teams to focus on project delivery.
- Gaining hands-on exposure to digital real estate management tools in a practical setting.
Who you work with
The Group Corporate Services team provides essential support functions across OCBC, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. The Corporate Real Estate team is responsible for managing the bank’s property portfolio and optimizing our workplace spaces.
Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Possesses experience with AutoCAD and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software and their application in the real estate space.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent organizational skills.
- Eager to learn about corporate real estate management and data analytics.
