As a Digital Wealth Intern in Group Consumer Financial Services, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of digital wealth strategies and solutions. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills in requirement gathering, documentation, user story refinement, and stakeholder management.

How you succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing project priorities, and have a strong sense of curiosity. You’ll work closely with the Digital Wealth team to drive requirement discussions with stakeholders, document user stories, and participate in user story refinement sessions. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive requirement discussions with stakeholders from various departments to understand their needs and expectations for product development

  • Document user stories clearly and concisely, ensuring that all requirements are captured accurately for the development team

  • Actively participate in user story refinement sessions to clarify requirements and prioritize features based on stakeholder feedback

  • Assist in planning User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of test scenarios and documentation to ensure product quality

  • Support the team in preparing for production rollouts, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for a smooth launch

  • Regularly report on project status, highlighting progress, challenges, and next steps to keep stakeholders informed

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Basic understanding of agile methodologies and product management concepts is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is advantageous
