Be part of the team that drives the bank’s service transformation excellence. As a Service Insights and Service Comms and Awards Intern in Group Consumer Financial Services, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of service insights and communication strategies. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills in data analytics, service framework development, and communication techniques.

How you succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a quick learner, able to adapt to changing project priorities, and have a strong sense of curiosity. You’ll work closely with the Service Transformation team to create Marcos dashboards, conduct desk research, and collate and prepare data for industry service awards. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create Marcos dashboards to automate reports generation

  • Work on story-telling charts to convert data into insights

  • Conduct desk research on service frameworks, best industry practices, and relevant industry service awards

  • Collate and prepare data and information for OCBC’s participation in relevant industry service awards

  • Provide support in the execution of customer-centricity culture building events and communication projects

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a related field

  • Excel skills to create macros and knowledge in VBA is preferred

  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills

  • Business and service management skills

  • Problem-solving and strong communication skills

  • Open to learning and feedback, with a strong sense of curiosity and meticulous

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
