Play a key role in driving growth and innovation in Group Tax Advisory as a Tax Advisory Intern. As part of the Group Finance team, you’ll contribute to the critical function of tax advisory and compliance, helping to prepare transfer pricing documentation and facilitate the execution of Service Level Agreements. You’ll develop your skills in tax laws, transfer pricing, and digital transformation while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the OCBC Group Local File and facilitating the execution of Service Level Agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Assisting in reviewing intra-group GL lines and reconciliations for intra-group reporting
- Participating in the intra-group billing process to understand its role in global operations and transfer pricing settlements
- Supporting the execution of transfer pricing strategies from digital transformation initiatives, including stakeholder communication and process guide updates
- Creating slide decks and training materials for business presentations to enhance communication skills and convey complex concepts effectively

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Completed Taxation module preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Learning Objectives This internship will provide you with:
- Development of understanding of relevant tax laws and guidelines applicable to the financial services industry
- Learning end-to-end business processes across different functions in the bank and strengthening tax controls through testing and corrective actions
- Gain experience in transfer pricing documentation preparations
- Exposure to the tax advisory function and the opportunity to develop skills in tax laws, transfer pricing, and digital transformation
- Hands-on experience in working with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
