Play a key role in shaping the employee experience at OCBC. As an HR Marketing professional, you’ll be responsible for supporting employee communications and content development in the areas of Employer Branding, Recruitment, Learning & Development. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in marketing, communications, and event management, and contribute to the development of strategies that drive business success.

How you succeed

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a creative and strategic thinker, able to develop and execute marketing and communications plans that engage and inspire our employees. You’ll need to have an eye for detail, experience with social media and content marketing, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be crucial in driving results.

What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of messaging and positioning for recruitment advertisements

• Art directing digital media content (photography/videography)

• Planning and creating content for our blog, social media platforms, and e-newsletters

• Maintaining the currency of content for websites, intranet, and social media

• Managing internal staff engagement events

Who you are

• A degree or masters in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• An eye for detail, with experience in social media and content marketing, events management, and/or project coordination

• Excellent English presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to commit to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Learning Objectives

This role will provide you with:

• Employer Branding: learn about the principles of employer branding and how to develop and execute a successful employer brand strategy

• Social Media Marketing: learn about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and how to develop and execute a social media marketing strategy

• Employee Engagement: learn about the principles of employee engagement, and how to develop and execute strategies to drive employee engagement

• Internal Communications: learn about the principles of internal communications, and how to develop and execute a successful internal communications strategy

• Events Management: learn about the principles of event management, and how to plan and execute successful events
