Job Description: 

Internship Progamme Management

a. Be involved in discussions on developing polytechnic structured internship programmes and to provide operational and executional support when required

b. Be involved in end-to-end polytechnic internship management from sourcing, recruitment, selection and offer management. 

Campus Engagement
a. Help the Campus team design scalable and sustainable engagements for current interns and future interns
b. Support campus outreach events such as Frankpreneurship, Career Day and business specific recruitment engagements
c. Look into building alumni network across various institutions


Projects
a. Help push the initiative on better utilisation of digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management
b. Be involved in providing market research and intelligence capabilities on campus programmes and outreach
c. Explore collaboration with other business units to drive candidate acquisition

Ad-Hoc
Any other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned
